Kelly joined the Fidelity team on the Outer Banks in January 2020 after seventeen years of experience in the field locally. She brings with her not only underwriting experience but also years as a title abstractor with various law firms in which she gained extensive knowledge of the real estate industry.

Kelly is a proud local Outer Banks resident, having lived in the beautiful area for 22 years.  She and her husband, Matthew, raised six children and now have six grandchildren.  She is an avid quilter and crafter and enjoys time with her grandchildren and four wonderful dogs.
