Natasha Branch began her career in the title insurance industry in 2007 when she joined Fidelity National Title’s Raleigh, NC, office as Residential Title Counsel. She later moved into the Commercial Title Counsel position for the Raleigh office. In 2012, Natasha became the State Claims Manager and Title Counsel. In that role, she served as a liaison between the Company’s regional claims division located in Jacksonville, FL, the North Carolina Fidelity and Commonwealth branch offices and our insured owners and lenders. Natasha then evolved to Assistant State Underwriting Counsel where she continued to assist with claims issues but also provided support for both agent and direct operations with underwriting issues and continuing legal education for clients. Recently, Natasha brought her wealth of knowledge and experience to the Charlotte market and transitioned into the role of Charlotte Branch Manager and Title Counsel.
Natasha attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated with a B.S in Business Administration in 1994 and a J.D. degree from UNC-Chapel Hill’s School of Law in 2001. She is a wife and mother of two beautiful and intelligent daughters and she enjoys being hospitable and spending quality time with her family and friends.
